The design was based upon pre-existing parts which were manuactured using plastic. Our client required their hop arm and blowback unit to be made using a stronger material as it needed to withstand high power and heavier ammunition.

The 30mm parts are aluminium and are milled using our CNC machine. A gold anodised finish was requested which was completed by a trusted supplier who specialise in metal finishing, with a large range of customisable colours and finishes. We then engraved our client's logo onto the parts using our CNC machine.
