Working closely with the customer, we outlined a specification that fully met their data acquisition requirements and time frame by utilising some of our expertise from similar projects.

The anodised aluminium unit was designed to be conduction-cooled to minimise the need for fans. A number of aluminium heat spreaders were milled to draw heat away from each individual electronic assembly.

Made using a connecting arrangement of six electronic assemblies, ranging from eight to fourteen layers and over seven thousand individual components. All boards were designed, laid out and manufactured in-house.
